1. Acceptance

By accessing sitecamelliacore.click or booking a session with Site Camellia Core Co., Ltd. ("we", "us", "Site Camellia Core"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or our services.

2. Services described

We provide in-person and video-based training in price action observation around scheduled economic releases. Our services include group workshops, one-to-one coaching weeks, and pre-release chart review sessions. We do not execute trades, manage accounts, or provide investment advice.

3. Bookings and payment

Session fees are quoted in Thai Baht on our Rates page. A booking is confirmed only after we acknowledge your registration and you complete payment according to instructions sent by email. Workshop seats are non-transferable without our written consent.

4. Intellectual property

Workbooks, annotated charts, replay access, and website content are owned by Site Camellia Core Co., Ltd. or our licensors. You may use printed materials for personal study. You may not redistribute, resell, or publicly share session recordings without permission.

5. Participant conduct

Participants must behave respectfully toward instructors and other attendees. We may remove anyone who disrupts sessions, shares live trade calls during workshops, or records sessions without consent.

6. No guarantee of trading outcomes

Training focuses on chart observation and journaling discipline. We make no representation that participation will result in trading profits or any particular financial outcome. You remain solely responsible for your trading decisions.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Thai law, our liability for any claim arising from our services or website is limited to the amount you paid for the specific session giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including trading losses.

8. Website use

You agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, or submit false information through enquiry forms. We may update site content without notice.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangkok, Thailand.
