• Homework chart submissions during coaching engagements

We use personal data to respond to enquiries, confirm bookings, deliver training, provide session materials, process refunds where applicable, and improve our website content. We do not sell your personal data.

4. Legal basis

Processing is based on contract performance (when you book a session), legitimate interests (responding to enquiries and maintaining website security), and consent (for non-essential cookies where required).

5. Retention

Enquiry records are kept for twenty-four months unless a booking is made, in which case related records are retained for seven years for accounting and legal purposes. Homework charts from coaching are deleted twelve months after the coaching week unless you request earlier deletion.

We may share data with email hosting providers and our Thai bank for payment reconciliation. Chart review sessions over video may use third-party conferencing tools; we select providers with reasonable security practices.

7. International transfers

Our primary systems are located in Thailand. If you join a video session from abroad, limited data may transit through international networks or conferencing infrastructure. We take reasonable steps to protect data during such transfers.

8. Your rights
