Refund Policy

Overview

This policy applies to fees paid to Site Camellia Core Co., Ltd. for workshops, release-week coaching, and pre-release chart reviews booked through Site Camellia Core.

Workshop cancellations

More than 14 days before the session: Full refund minus a THB 200 administrative fee, or free transfer to the next available workshop date.

7–14 days before: Fifty percent refund, or free transfer to the next available date (one transfer permitted).

Less than 7 days before: No refund. You may transfer your seat to another person by notifying us at least 48 hours before the session; we will update registration details.

Release Week Coaching

Deposit is refundable in full if you cancel more than 14 days before the Monday start date. Within 14 days, the deposit is non-refundable but may be applied to a future coaching week scheduled within six months.

If we cancel the coaching week due to instructor illness, you receive a full refund or rescheduled week at your choice.

Pre-Release Chart Review

Full refund if you cancel at least 48 hours before the scheduled session. Cancellations within 48 hours receive no refund, but you may reschedule once if the instructor has availability before the relevant release.

No-shows

Failure to attend without prior notice forfeits the session fee. Contact us as early as possible if you cannot attend.

Work already started

Once a workshop day, coaching session, or chart review has begun, fees are non-refundable. Partial attendance does not qualify for partial refunds except where required by law.

Materials and replay access

Printed workbooks provided at workshops are included in the session fee and are non-refundable once collected. Digital replay access granted after workshops is non-transferable; loss of access due to your failure to download within the access window is not grounds for refund.

Deposits

Coaching deposits are applied to the final balance before the first session. Unpaid balances must be settled before coaching begins; failure to pay forfeits the deposit.

Rescheduling by Site Camellia Core

If we postpone a workshop due to venue issues or instructor emergency, you may choose a new date or a full refund. We are not liable for travel costs you may have incurred.

Refund process and timing

Approved refunds are returned to the original bank transfer account within fourteen business days. Email hello@sitecamelliacore.click with your booking reference and bank details. Nattaya Chaiyasit handles refund requests.

Exceptions

Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights under Thai consumer protection law where applicable. Medical emergencies documented with reasonable notice may be considered for partial credit at our discretion.
